Turnaround Time:

Extensions ships in 5-7 Business days. Business days are excluding holidays and weekends.

Please be sure to fill out the "Order Confirmation Form" after purchase. Turnaround time will begin once the Order Confirmation Form has been filled out to its entirety and returned back to Black Rose Culture.

ORDER CONFIRMATION FORM NEEDED AFTER PURCHASE:

If the order confirmation form is not filled out within 2 business days from the purchase, you will be refunded and subjected to a $200 restocking fee. Also, if you have purchased using one of our installment options like Shop Pay, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus the $200 restocking fee. The order confirmation form can be found in the "Order confirmation form' tab located in the menu drop down.
